In this role, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure the CRM system not only meets current needs but is also future proof. Your work is both strategic and operational: you’ll translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions, lead CRM-related projects from planning through to implementation and delivery, and ensure deadlines are met while fully understanding user needs. Additionally, you’ll manage integrations with other business applications, such as ERP systems and e-commerce platforms, optimizing data flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
